Knockhatch Adventure Park

Client Requirements:

Knockhatch Adventure Park approached us as they needed some fresh, high-quality workwear for their team. They needed pieces that were durable and allowed them to show their brand clearly every day.

They required branded t-shirts and caps to give their team a cohesive and professional appearance using printing and embroidery.

Our Approach:

Starting with garments in their chosen colour, we got to work with bringing their vision to life.

Printing - Using a DTF (direct to film) printer, we printed their logo onto an uptake roll, ready for transfer onto their chosen garments. We use this method because of it's durability and it's ability to keep colours looking as vibrant as they do digitally.

We then place them by hand on each and every garment for precision. The print is then sealed in place using a heavy duty heat press, revealing a high-quality, vibrant result.

Embroidery - At The Logo Emporium, we use Tajima commercial embroidery machines known for their quality and customisation ability.

Using the finest threads, the logo was expertly stitched onto the caps to create the perfect finishing touch for your uniform.

We produced quality garments that gave the Knockhatch Adventure Park team a cohesive, professional look that gives their customers the best first impression.

After hand-delivering their new bespoke uniform, the pieces were put straight to work welcoming families into the park and looking after their range of animals.
